The Stress and Wellbeing Assessment was developed by the HeartMath Institute to help people more fully understand how specific aspects of stress, well-being, and resilience affect the quality of their life. The assessment takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. Answers to the assessment provide an overview of the level of stress you (or your employees) may be experiencing and a picture of the quality of well-being and resilience.
The Stress Mastery Questionnaire (SMQ) is both a personal stress "risk" assessment and an educational tool that can help you identify and understand your Stress Warning Signs, the Types of Stressors you are currently facing and the Possible Effects on your health and well-being. The SMQ is comprised of 11 scales in three (3) separate stress categories.
